My how time has flown!
We've seen this game through some interesting changes.
The official website "MechWarrior3.com" was abandoned.
Support became hard to find, with the only offical support
being found at "Atari.com" in the form of generic help text.
We decided our community deserved more and so was born
The MechWarrior 3 Community Project: MechWarrior3.org
When Zone.com removed it from their game list some
thought it was the end of online multiplayer gaming
for MW3. Thanks to some creative programming by
WolverineX though, MW3 fans were able to continue
playing at the Zone in the MechWarrior 4 lobbies.
Now the Zone has removed all cdrom games from their
site and MW3 fans have lost their favorite hangout.
MechWarrior 3 fans have done a lot to keep their game
alive and are without doubt my favorite kind of diehard
fans. The MechWarrior 3 Community will continue to find
ways to enjoy their favorite game. Count on it.
